1. Services Offered

Yoga at Doorstep provides certified, customized in-home personal yoga training and 1-on-1 interactive online yoga classes via Google Meet across Delhi NCR and India. Sessions cover posture alignment, spine therapy, breathing techniques (pranayama), and functional flexibility.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Slot Confirmation: Sessions must be confirmed in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or direct consultation.
• Timings: Morning slots operate from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM IST. Evening slots operate from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST.
• Rescheduling & Punctuality: Clients are requested to notify us at least 6 hours in advance for rescheduling in-home visits. Our instructors adhere strictly to punctuality.

3. Free Trial Classes Policy

We provide prospective clients with an introductory free trial consultation to evaluate their posture, discuss pain points (such as cervical or lower back pain), and experience our teaching methodology. Participation in trial sessions requires no registration fee or long-term commitment.

4. Health, Safety & Medical Disclaimer (Important)

• Not Medical Advice: Our trainers provide lifestyle, wellness, and yogic guidance. Yoga does not replace licensed medical diagnosis, clinical surgery, or pharmaceutical care.
• Physician Clearance: If you suffer from serious heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, severe herniated discs, or acute injuries, you must obtain medical clearance from your healthcare professional prior to starting sessions.
• Client Disclosure: Clients must honestly inform the instructor of any pain, dizziness, or physical limitations prior to each session.

5. Safe In-Home Training Environment

For in-home visits, clients are required to ensure a clean, well-ventilated, and safe floor space adequate for unrolling a yoga mat without obstruction. A respectful and safe environment for both client and visiting instructor is strictly mandatory.

6. Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, inappropriate conduct, or abusive behavior toward our trainers or clients. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, design assets, and written content on yogaatdoorstep.in are the exclusive property of Yoga at Doorstep and are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yoga at Doorstep shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from voluntary participation in exercise or physical yoga routines.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
